FPS spikes on new laptop

I will check the cooling system, and try to have it repaired if possible. Thanks for response. I won’t be bothering you any more.

You are not bothering at all. I am glad that we solved the mystery finally.

Kind regards

Here is an update.I know I sad no more bothering but nothing makes sense here.
I’ve installed overwatch, and same thing is happening as in Hots. My cooling system is functioning perfectly, it couldn’t even be faulty since this is a brand new laptop. My gpu was at 100% when I entered match which I’ve recorded with HWMonitor. The fans turn on immediately and temperature rises up way quicker than it should. There must be a problem with gpu?
I know for sure that there is no physical damage to it.
Both of the games were even installed on SSD drive, and I’ve also tried installing it on HDD but no result. I am extremely worried since this was no cheap laptop.
What could possibly be the cause of such fps drops?

Good morning,

The cause would be that your GPU overheats, the system slows it down to get the temperature back down and as soon as the temperature is down, the GPU will go to max again and the cycle starts again.

Kind regards

Have the same problems but requirements say it should run perfectly, whats wrong with the game that make video card run wild to be cooled down
