Every 2-10 Storm League games I’m DC’d during the drafting phase. When the timer runs out, a hero will not be selected automatically. Instead, the game will “freeze” (I can’t use chat or change my hero, but I can still check profiles and use the bottom right menu). I have to exit. Obviously I receive leaver penalties(I lose points while still in draft, I can see it on my profile). My internet connection can handle HOTS, other games and videos easily. Mu Windows and drivers are up-to-date. Are there any known solutions to this?

There are a lot of different things that can cause you this issue but there is a great post that explains all the steps you need to do to make sure this reduces the chances of this happening again.
