We talked to each other all time in game, but then a couple days ago he had a random dc, and reconnected now we hear each other and he can’t talk. He’s tried just about everything. Still can’t get it to work. Anyone else have this issue?

Once he’s done all the steps including those on the Advanced drop down section, if the issue persists he can contact our Technical Support team from his own Blizzard account using the ‘Contact Us’ option.
