game client crashes upon trying to log in, when found a match, when trying to rejoin (sometimes it just takes me back to the home screen but unable to play as in a game but no option to rejoin so have to close game and try again), and even shortly after rejoining games.
I have tried everything on the forums, Game reinstalled, drivers up to date game dvr disabled no background apps running even changed my antivirus software and NOTHING works!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

And thanks a million for the data. Your issue could be related to your Radeon HD 7900 overheating and/or be broken. Could you please try and switch to your onboard graphics card and switch of the Radeon HD 7900? Try the game afterwards and see if the issue persists.

sorry but no, the card temps are fine ive checked them and it has no issues in other games (even more graphically demanding ones) the onboard graphics is no where near good enough to play heroes of the storm. This is a client issue and only began happening a about 2 months ago but has recently gotten worse. please help

As you can see, there are not many, only a few reports about game crashes here in the forum, which means it is not a client issue. Because if it was a client issue, everybody would be affected by it, but it seems as if it is not affecting everybody. Your onboard graphics should be good enough to test it, because if you haven’t overclocked your card (set it back to factory settings to test this), there is most likely an issue with the card.

actually i disagree, Ive spoken to many people who are having the same issue, they are constantly getting crashed out of the game plus if it was my card then why is it not affecting other games and only hots? and why did it only start all of a sudden? Also why is it crashing at low loading points such as logging in? Your theory just doesn’t fit the symptoms.
