Hello,
After playing a game, I was told that hots needs to patch and so I exited went back to bnet, can’t find the patch, can’t log into the game server anymore. I have exited everything and reloaded everything several times.

Same problem here, version mismatch. I already tried to delete battle.net and blizzard entertainment folders in program data, but it didn’t help.

delete blizzard entertainment and battle.net folders in ProgramData
after that swap the region to America and back to Europe
locate the game again and click update
works

Hey all,
If you still have trouble with this today, please retry after deleting the Battle.net Cache and Battle.net Files and go through the steps to repair the game files.

Deleting both folders and re-locating the game seems to enable the update to go thru.
My 5c - wont it be just great to have a ‘force update’ option in the launcher for just that kind of cases.
