Game Not starting Error 5:740

Please help I have reinstalled game and client, scanned & repaired And still get this error 5:740 try again later. This has been going on for days.

There are some steps you can try to fix this:

  1. Temporarily disable anti-virus or security software
  2. Try Selective Startup
  3. Try launching the game from a new administrator account

If the issue persists, please upload your system files to pastebin.com and reply with the links to the files using the preformatted text option to encapsulate the links.

Hi I tried everything you have listed. Nothing works. Currently I am trying to figure out how to upload my system files to Pastebin. com. After I paste them in I Don’t know what to do because there is no where to click next…
