The healing doesn’t work it seems. No change in how much i heal, from when i have 0 or 10 stacks
Gloom’s passive is spell armor, not heal. Gloom as a whole dont give you heal but passive spell armor and active for more spell armor.
Activate to consume all Hatred, granting 3 Spell Armor per Hatred consumed for 5 seconds.
Passive: Gain 15 Spell Armor, and each stack of Hatred heals for 1.3 (+4% per level) Health per second.
From what i can read, it does heal. By the time you get it, it’s 2.3, which mean at 10 stacks, you should heal 23 pr. second
