Graphic issues playing HOTS

This is my specs on my PC:
Intel® Core™ i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz
16,0 GB (15,9 GB)
64-bit operativsystem, x64-baseret processor

The Graphics option in HOTS are:
Resolution 1280X720
And everything else on “Low”

I have tried to reinstalled multiple times, but no change.

What can i do?

What kind of graphical issue are you having? Are you able to share screenshots?
