Graphics Configuration - Hotkey settings are ignored

Hi!

My Graphics Configuration and Hotkey settings are ignored since last battle.net client update. I tried every other way described in this thread (including advanced ones; admin mode, other profile, deleting variable.txt, and any similar thread found):

Profile path clearly does not have any special character:
c:\Users\B\Documents\Heroes of the Storm\

Reinstalled game, battlenet app, and even then: i start the game any time, brings intro movie, and graphics and hotkeys go reset, when looking in options or hotkey menu. New profile cannot be created in hotkeys, every change I make just don’t remembered anymore.

So, after spending ~2 hours of my life to take all above steps, what can you tell me to resolve?

update:
i poked around the directory, where game is installed, and found SystemInfo.txt

There are entries not having values for some reason:
UserDocRootDirectory
SharedDocRootDirectory

This was looked different last time the thing worked (below is from 03-15-2019)
UserDocRootDirectory C:\Users\B\Documents
SharedDocRootDirectory C:\Users\Public\Documents\

so, the question now, why does not see the game those directories?

update2: don’t waste time, (not like, if you ever did)… windows defender’s ransomware protection was the problem (great idea using documents folder)… support forum experience: 0/10
