My latency is usually 15ms, but today it has shot up to 200ms. It looks like an issue with a Blizzard node?

ISP: Vodafone
It won’t let me add my tracert or pathping because “I am not allowed to post links”.
The ping to blizzardonline dot net is 15ms, and the ping to the servers after that are 200ms.

today I have been experiencing the same exact issue.
I’m based in London (UK) and my ISP is Hyperoptic.
Usually my ping in-game is <20ms as well.
Ping to EU server is 15-20ms but in-game it is steady between 170 and 190.
Same thing. I thought that someone was downloading in the house but proceeded to check every other games to see that their ping was normal. While in Hots, the ping was constant on 170-200ms and it’s laggy af.
seems to be resolved for me now 
We did have some brief reports of this issue but as you have said it did resolve itself relatively quickly, so we don’t know what the cause was directly but are grateful to know you’re all okay now.
