Having the same problem as everyone else and iam fine with the ping its just the packet loss that is affecting the game like hell, i play other games like dota2, paladins, and many others but there is nothing like HOTS.
And when i try to ping other servers like google or yahoo it dosnt give me any packet loss or high pings !!

While I was playing Heroes of the Storm. The game keeps on stuttering, freezing, and crashing and saying that I’m disconnecting. Also when I try to open the loot box the game crashes as well. The computer told me that the game was blocked from accessing the graphics hardware. The game was working fine since last month. I don’t know weather or not it has something to do with a bug or a glitch involving your new patch. Could you please fix theses issues or give me steps to solve these problems?
Maybe same issue but you need to show us the MTR just post it without Site.***
