Horrible lag spikes, only in hots

Dear Support!
I’m experiencing 2-3 seconds lag spikes only in hots.
It occours about 4-5 times/minute in every game, every game type, and Heroes of the Storm is the only game where this happens.
I have tried every suggestion I found on the technical support forum, and nothing helped me.
