HOTS not working

Hello There

I recently updated my game and am unable to play after that.
Whenever I click on Play Game on Battlenet, it just prompts me with an error and here is the code I receive (I have tried to log in several times and the code keeps changing no idea why)

I have tried every single step mentioned on technical support like; repairing game, updating my drivers, deleting battlenet temporary files and another option which included restarting my computer for a memory scan.

This issue happened to me before with another update and I don’t recall when exactly but I followed the steps and it worked.

Have I missed something? would appreciate some help… Thanks

Hey Haji,

Try the following for me:
Open the Run command by pressing down the Windows Key+R and type in: %ProgramData%. This opens the ProgramData, go into the Blizzard Entertainment folder and select and delete the Heroes of the Storm folder that is inside that.

Once done, try launching Heroes of the Storm once more.
