As in topic, it happened to me twice already. One day everything is fine, next day it’s just gone. No, I did not hit the uninstall button ;). I tried to locate, but it’s realy gone. The only thing left is shortcut.
Curious thing, for some time, game tries to update when there is no patch to install. It downloads around 1Gb data and runs normaly.
This happens to me on my new pc, but I had similar issues on my old laptop. Game tried to update like every 15 mins. It was playable, but it was constantly downloading not existing patches.
When game deletes itself, it’s far from beeing playable 
I tried some stuff from faq, but well, you can’t do much when the game is just GONE.
Win 10, Kaspersky, hardware stronk.

It sounds like the App is having a bit of trouble locating your game installations. Delete Battle.net Cache and Battle.net Files and see if that prevents it from happening again afterwards.

I did this after it happened for the first time, and today, it happened again. There was like a week between them. It downloaded huge, not existing patch yesterday.
The patch was real, but the patch notes are missing.
It seems like you are having a battle.net app issue like Nenyasqi says.
I would suggest uninstalling it entirely (not games) and installing it back.
That theoretically should correct the issue entirely.
What OS you are running and if Windows 10 which build/version etc.
That would help pin down the issue.
