I have everything enabled for all users, killed the cache, ran even the launcher as admin and pretty much everything people mentioned here… I was hoping there would be a fix by now as this bug was around for some time now, but no.
type “allowed apps” in the search box. Add an app, browse all apps. Go to the folder where Battlenet.Launcher is installed and select it. This is how I solved it. good games
