I can not play match because heroes do not appear

I have not played for a few years with this account, so I downloaded the game yesterday again. However, when I tried to go play it did not happen because I can not pick any hero as because there is not seen any of them… It is also kind of bug that is written bottom of the screen as ‘’ Unlocking temporarily unavailable’'.

I did delete variables.txt and reset my internet connection, but it is still not working. It is only works when I changed to Americas I can see heroes only in that region.

It’s a server\accound issue on blizzard’s end.

it’s no solution, but a new acount will work.

Blizzard needs to fix it, as it’s a server\account problem.

EU servers still not working for about more than 3 days! HOPE THEY WILL FIX IT SOON
