First of all, I apologize for spelling errors because English is not the main language for me.
I purchased a 30-day boost package roughly a week ago.
I was playing a few games last night, while my connection was not stable because I was using a phone internet package. In one of the last games I played, I disconnected while the game was about to end, and then when I reconnected, I found that the boost bonuses was not working for that match.
At first, because of my connection problems, I thought the game set penalty with disabling my boost for that match. However, I have played 4-5 games since that night and the game still does not give me boost bonuses.
I have an active 21-day boost at this moment, but at the score screen, the boost icon disappears for some reason. I think there was some kind of bug.
I will probably open a ticket for my account tomorrow.
