Hi, i just lost all my content on hots (skins, champs, etc.)
What can I dO ?
Yeah had the exact same thing happen to me, i’ve only recently reinstalled the game about 2 days ago, but had loads of characters from when I played a lot in 2020.

Same here. I’ve been playing since launch and had all heroes unlocked, plus a huge part of the collection completed. Now everything is gone, and it looks like I need to re-purchase heroes with gold. For example, Ragnaros is level 71 on my account, but I can’t use him. Really hoping this is a bug and will be fixed soon.
I’ve got the same issue. All previusly unlocked heroes are now locked and I can’t even run ranked games anymore cause of too few heroes. I beleave all skins etc. are gone aswell. Hero levels are still present aswell as account level.
all content now available again.
All my progression, skins, announcers, heroes, sticker, avatar, in heroes of the storm are disappeared, 11 years of buyed items. My Level progression is still here but i havent any heroes. Pls someone do something. My region account is correct I ve checked
that’s pretty bad. i thought maybe it was the region, that happened to me a few times. also happened that i couldn’t see the character but i logged back in and it worked, super eze sure… but it was unnerving. Recently there’s been a lot of wonkiness regarding the things we “own” in hots. like the shop is weird, isn’t it. u click and it takes lots of time to complete a purchase. i think they’re doing something. been like this for a long while also. and now you guys.
