Hi. I just logged to my Heroes of the Storm account and it seems my whole progress is gone. I have no level, heroes etc. Could you check it please? I’ve played recently - maybe couple days ago. I was level 1900+ I think and now I am lvl 0 with no heroes 
Please help!

Did you log in the wrong region by any chance? That may explain it, if not, I’m all out.

This is exactly what happens when you accidentally log into the wrong region. One major indicator that should immediately raise suspicion is when the game client acts like a completely fresh install and asks you to select your experience level (like Beginner or Veteran) before letting you into the menus. It’s always a relief when we can solve these technical scares ourselves without waiting for support!
