Uninstalled Battle.net and HOTS and still not working. Only EU has this problem, the other regions work fine.

I was having this error, then I remembered there are community forums! Waiting for a fix (Updated my graphic card, rebooted pc, run new patch checker, and run scan and fix). Nothing worked.

Same here. The problem persists.

Same problem here on eu servers, try everything nothing help. other servers are okay just eu have the problem there is one + side effect of this u dont have to update your game anymore after you quit
