Micro-freezes since new patch (Sep 20) on mac

I have a micro-lags (for 0,3…1sec, 5–30 times per game). They started after the september patch.

Changing settings and reinstalling the game didn’t help.

My specs:
4,2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
Radeon Pro 580 8 GB
16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

MacOS Ventura 13.5.2 (22G91)

I’ve the same problem. Sometimes freezing for a ~1 second. Everyting was fine in the summer.

iMac MacOS Ventura.
