You seem to have huge lag spikes sometimes in that jump, which represents your router.

If you’re playing with Wifi, I would recommend connecting with cable, if possible. At least to try if the issue keeps happening. Keep in mind we can’t offer support for wireless connections, since they can easily be affected by interferences.

Power Cycle your network devices:

Release and renew your IP, and flush your DNS:

any data and packet loss will completely ruin your hots experience and result in both freezes and fps drops

test out your connection first by opening Command Prompt (as admin)

start with “ipconfig” command and get your default gateway adress

after that type in “ping 192.168.0.1 -t” or whatever numbers correspond to your adress (these are default for most users, also type both commands in without quotation marks)

let it run for good 10 minutes and stop the process with CONTROL+C keys

stats will show if there is any issue with your internet, if there is, try replacing your cable or putting your router on higher ground for better wireless connection

it may be an entirely different issue but you claiming it happens like clockwork may be a result of as little as 5% packet loss from my experience
