Yes, same issue here. Can’t select any heroes nor start any game in EU region.

You can fix it by changing region → start the game until you see everything → log out → switch region back to EU → start game → enjoy the game :slight_smile:

I’m having the same issue today. This week, Tuesday or Wednesday it was fine. Now it’s as others described. I can log in and even click ‘Play’ but there’s not character selected, to select and can’t press Play

Same issue here, EU server, played last night and it worked fine. Today i logged back with the issue you all mentioned. :confused:

I have the same problem; when I start the game, I can see my friends, but I can’t see my money or character selection. I can see my rank, but it says I can’t play. I tried the US server, but there I start completely from scratch, without money and heroes, as if I had never played it. This has been going on for 2 days

Same problem here with EU account - it’s not a network issue as tested with another account and that worked fine

Same problem here.
Main account on EU not working, is working just fine on American servers. Another account works just fine on EU.

Same for me, no characters, no loadout, nothing… cannot play. What really bothers me is that this problem is not mentioned by blizzard or somewhere else. How can we contact them? They must read this Forum right?

Same issue here. I am unable to play on the europe servers. When i log in, the game launches but i am unable to pick a hero. ‘The hero selection is not valid.’ Launching to americas the game works fine. I can see my stats, and i can join a party of friends, I can try a hero in the range, but am unable to play without readying up. I have reinstalled the game, and cleared every cache i can find.

Same here, my second acc working well, but my main is unable to play. Idk what’s happening.
They got 24/7 support so why they asked us to write issues on forum, when nobody is replying? I’m highly disgusted .

I have the same problem since yesterday. EU.

Same issue, only affects EU server, they messed up somethign with the accounts.
I hope they fix it soon, cause HOTS is their best and only game i play.
