My game won’t load my characters, my profile and all gamemodes are unavailable. This started a few days ago.
i tried deleting the Variables.txt from the Documents\Heroes of the Storm file path.
triec resetting the game, reinstalling it.
removing and reallowing firewall settings.
Tried using a vpn.
one note is that its only an issue on eu server, i can login to us servers and that works fine.
i have had a friend log onto my account and the issue persist on my account, my friend then logged back into her and everything was fine.
so not a game or pc issue.
I have the same issue. Yesterday evening it was working just fine. All characters, currency, items in the shop are gone; and I cannot access any game modes. I did not have this happen before.
I have the same problem. The character selection screen are empty, the shop says it is temporary unavailable and it says my selected character is not valid.
I am glad I am not the only one who have this issue, it still sucks.
Have same problem. I can’t do anything. Didint see any character, currency, items. Cant start any mode. Have same “the reason may be the temporary unavailability of the store”
Tried reinstall, firewall, antivirus, repair, uninstall and install again, change internet, tried log in on 2 other computer with 2 other internet. Still nothing.
When i log in on account my brother or friend its WORK EVERYTHINKG VERY WELL. So its problem with my account. Support need do something.
I also have this issue. The app also say’s im not connected. I could log in to the American servers. But the only thing it shows in the Europe version is my level
Even though it might get fixed soon, I doubt Blizzard Entertainment ever even cares about Heroes of the Storms.
Since after Kevin Johnson left, Heroes of the Storm has been dying and is now officially dead.
With “dead” I mean little to no updates, events and new heroes releases.
