Just relogged as there was a patch but I can no longer log in due to version mismatch
Game client version mismatch with selected region. You may be able to continue playing if you exit the client, patch from the launcher and restart.

Looks like us EU folk were not included in the recent patch, rookie mistake blizzard.
Yes it just happened some minutes ago - finished two games, then notification to update, but there is no update ready to be downloaded. Magic of not knowing about how to properly patch a game ~
At some point they’ll propagate the patch to EU…

With how often and how consistently the past 12-20 hours have shown rookie mistakes, I get the feeling we’re seeing the effect of vibe coding at Blizzard in a big way for the first time.
Something similar happened at my workplace, it took until enough people did enough vibe coding until it could essentially “dominate” a production release for it to truly break things. And then everyone learned their lesson and realized that if you save 2 hours of coding but instead of have to do 2+ hours of code review and code analysis on code you naturally do not actually know how it works, that’s not helpeing, and AI only helps you in certain rather specific cases when coding, not in general.
I’m experiencing a version mismatch error when trying to log in to Heroes of the Storm. I’ve already checked for updates on both the game and the Battle.net launcher, repaired the game files, and restarted everything, but the issue persists.
The game loads normally, but then it kicks me back to the login screen. When this happens, the server is automatically set to Americas, even though I’m located in Europe and have Europe selected before launching the game. It seems like the client is forcing the wrong region, which may be causing the version mismatch.

They seem to have genuinely forgotten to release the patch for the EMEA region. 
Same here. Last night the patch was elongated, now the EU patch is mismatched.
Same issue here.. Version missmatch, tried to switch to europe since america is on by default and log in via login screen but same message

Seems this has now been fixed and I was able to log in!
