I was a Bronze 2 and after winning a game I became a Bronze 3, I also received no alerts or information about the score deductions that. Can I get my scores back?

Meybe its reason why 90% players has less than 30%wr and they platinum+

dito, after couple of games back to Bronze5 and 0 points in account.
For winning a game I get only 75 pts. It will take forever until I have 1000 points!
Blizzard can only ban players quickly, but not get their bugs quickly done!
Not even a support for bugs, terrible!
