my internet was totally fine and working good, i checked it and it was working but when my ranked game started it said reconnecting for the whole game and i was waiting and it didn’t let me in, even though my internet was working perfectly fine, i got leaver status and lost the game and lost 500 ranked points for a bug. my internet was working and my pc was connected to it but it still didn’t allow me to play. could you please remove the leave status because i don’t want to play with leavers because i didn’t leave, also could i please get the 500 points that i lost because i lost it because of the bug. thank you
