So I get into a ranked match & I’m about to chose the hero, & the game disconnects for no reason showing a panel “Error : you have attempted to connect to an invalid server. if this problem persists, please contact customer support.” & now I am banned for 3 matches low priority queue ??

Having the same problems since last patch. I’ve tried everything I found at forums (troubleshoting etc.), disabled that game dvr, updated drivers and so on and so forth. Playing a quick match cause no trouble, the fun begins when playing ranked game. Constant disconnects, lagspikes makes this game unplayable for me. At times, game closes and all I see is a black screen, the other time I hear that the match is running but all I see is main menu. I want boost refund because I can’t play and yet I’m paying for it.
