I haven’t received my rewards for ending the previous season.
I haven’t played during the “ghost” season, but I did log in once during it (Monday if memory serves).
Can you please help me with some insight on the matter?

If you completed the seasonal quest line, you should have a portrait called “2021 S2 Storm League Portrait” in your Collection (Achievement tab).
