Stretching models, Disappearing interface borders, Triangular glitches

I started a topic on this in September under the name “Stretching models”. The forums got moved in the middle of resolving the issue.

Main problems are:

A part of the hero, structure or critter models get pinned to an artificial point on the righthand side of the screen, which makes it looks like the heroes are extremely elastic.

Sometimes during a game it has a small hickup after which all the border on the interface crash, meaning I only have the icons and dialog buttons left to play with. This applies to all borders on the bottom of the screen (hero portrait, abilities, etc.) and to the entire menu background (which leaves only the buttons visible).

A flickering of triangular shapes which obscures the map and whatever is on it partially and temporarily. Whenever this occurs it starts out small and becomes more problematic as the game progresses.

These problems are exclusive to Heroes of the Storm and do not occur in any other games I play.

Motherboard and Graphics drivers should be up to date.
Hardware has passed the 3DMark Benchmark stress test.

Can you help me find a solution to this problem?

If you add these to the pastebin url it should be fine

Hello Scyp,

You haven’t actually linked your system files. Please, paste the content of each file on a web like Pastebin and provide us with the links. If it doesn’t let you publish your message because of the links, try to paste them using the preformatted text option (</> button).

Hello again Scyp,

Thanks a million for your data, it doesn’t really show something significant, so we will have to try a few things. First of all, could you please check if your NVidia, Logitech and Razor software is up-to-date? Or try and disable those programs to see if it makes a difference. And please also check if your system might be overheating

Kind regards

What’s your opinion?

All drivers are up to date. I do wish to mention the Logitech software hasn’t had updates in years, though my PC features the latest version (5.10). It is only used to support my G27 Racing Wheel.

Logging results
CPU got to ~60C and GPU to ~55C while playing HotS, including an interface crash which occured while I was idling on the Quick Match hero selection screen.
