I started the game for the first time today, and selected the ‘veteran’ introduction. But apparently I wasn’t veteran enough to progress past the first screen.

I tried clicking the mouse everywhere on the screen, and I tried pressing lots of different buttons on the keyboard. But I couldn’t work out how to get to the next screen.
I ended up having to kill the game from the task-manager to get out. When I launched the game again, I got to the main menu with daily quests and so on; and I figured I’d better try to see a tutorial again. So but I had the same problem again with the tutorial I selected (in the second screenshot from that link).
Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a problem with the game, or both?

Here’s a follow-up to this issue:
The screen turns out to be a loading screen. However, if the game has not fully downloaded before launching, then this loading screen never completes.
The Battlenet client reported that the game was ready to play and that it would continue to stream data while playing. However, obviously the game wasn’t actually playable (since it couldn’t get past these loadings screens), and my Windows says that neither battlenet nor the game was downloading any significant amount of data while it was running.
So this ‘loading screen’ would stay that way indefinitely. The only way to get past it was to close the game, let the download fully complete, then reopen it.
So. I’d suggest that the game being ‘playable’ before it was fully download was misinformation.
I can now play the game; but unfortunately I can’t find how to get back to the original tutorial that I missed the first time around.
