Terrible Input Delay on MAC

Hey all,

 I'm just hoping someone can shed a bit of light on the input delay issue. It's gotten worse since the latest patch. What are possible culprits for this issue? Just to be clear, **LAG** is not the issue. The game runs fine, but commands take up to a half second to execute after I hit the button. This is terribly frustrating with skill shots. It's almost impossible to land anything. Feels pointless to play with a disadvantage that bad. I've tried switching from "best match" to a local region. The result is the same, sometimes worse.

Version: 10.13.6 (High Sierra)

  • On a mac, simply restart the machine completely. Sometimes people don’t do this for months if at all, gunking up the system will many forgotten tasks or stalled processes.
  • On laptop, check for a failing battery
  • Check for Overheating
  • Update Drivers
  • Close Background Applications

  • Disable Overclocking

  • Make sure power management isn’t killing your performance
