The game freezes mid game - only way to exit is hard reset

Hi,

Could I get some help with this please ?

I don’t think this issue occurs when you are in lobby, or anywhere else in the game,

but when i am playing a game, at random times.

The game suddenly freezes.
The entire screen is frozen,
no key commands would work,
and the only way to escape from this is to force shut down my pc.
This issue started a few weeks back, and it is occurring frequently.

What more information could i provide to solve this issue please ?
