hi guys
i recently installed HOTS and have been encountering an error for a few days, i have tried these methods so far, but unfortunately it didnt work :
-change ip and dns
-log out then log back in game
-uninstall and reinstall
-remove cache
-reset in-game options
-delete battle.net and blizzard entertainment folders and variables.txt
-unplug the modem
please help me, i dont know what to do anymore
