Last month my HOTS account was banned for 2 weeks. I created an appeal with a question about what exactly caused my ban and got an answer “The penalty applied is final and will not be removed”.
I created one more ticket with a question on what EXACTLY i did, wrote, dance, emote, whatever that caused my account ban for 2 weeks. There was written that tickets are answered in about 24 hours, but after 1 week there was no any update. I updated the ticket again with the clarification. Now it’s over 10 days and still no answer.
I can’t sleep well, I got a new phobia and can’t communicate with people, since I’m afraid that I’m very abusive and people can ban me in real life. Please review and update the ticket EU94688773.
