After I pressed the play button, the game start load, after that the screen turn to black for a 2 sec and after I see the HOTS cursor the game shut down with an “An unexpected fatal error occured” window with this code:

I’ve tried a lot of fixes that you recommend, but none of them worked.

Please update your drivers manually on the different manufacturers webpages. Your Geforce driver for example is shown as from 2016, there is a newer one here.

Yes, the Windows update function only uses the Windows database as a reference, this might not include the latest drivers. Always check your manufacturers webpages manually.
