I just don’t know what to do.
I have been playing HoTS of 7 years and for some reasons I cannot use any of my skins, I don’t have access to store, I cant play ranked or unranked. I just don’t know what went wrong.
I have tried reinstalling / repairing the game.
I tried using several different connections with or without vpn.
I tried flushing dns / restarting everything.
also tried to clear cache / variable.txt.
nothing works.
please someone help me. It is painful …
edit: I tried to delete blizzard entertainment folder a second time and now I cant play AT ALL. All heroes are gone and all modes are unavailable now. …
