Same here - I reported it already in the german forums - anyway I guess we have to wait till this is fixed - just a question are you using macOS?
As mentioned they did some changes within the login mechanism - so maybe this causes the issue (only an assumption)

ok - I am using macOS so this seems not to be the issue.
What I already did so far is to re-download the whole game, to re-download the battlenet launcher app and to trigger the game update manually under the options menu - nothing helped.

I don’t know how to do this on Windows for sure but to flush the routing tables did the trick:
sudo route -n flush;
on Windows run the cmd with admin rights and enter:
cmd /c netsh interface ip delete destinationcache
