Same here. Already wrote about it in other topic: Unfair Account Ban
They permanently banned my main account on 27/09/23 which was pre-ordered 3k hours on it, lots of rare skins, all OW1 skins, lvl 2k+, most of OW2 skins, master/top500 in comp all the time and they also say that I was cheating and then they say it was a behavior issue, they don’t wanna talk to me and just macro answer me.
And you get a genuine copied&pasted or automated answer.
I wanted to share my own experience also. I have played Overwatch since the open Beta of the first game. I have been a faithful consumer and have invested thousands of hours into the game, and hundreds of pounds. I had only missed one Blizzcon year in Overwatch 1, and had collected 99% of all cosmetics in the original game.
That is now all gone because I was flagged by the cheating bot as a hacker. To be clear, I am not a cheater and have never cheated. I am currently on my third ticket regarding this issue, but it seems that the Customer Support team is not giving me any leeway.
For those who doubt that this is even a real issue, I will attach some replay codes at the bottom of this post for your review, and you can tell me if you think I’ve been hacking or not.
I am still holding out hope as the current value of my account probably sits at the 1k range due to rarity of skins, and the sentimental value is priceless.
For anyone wondering about backround programs, my laptop is on the edge of barely being able to manage this game and is on its way out, so I have been using Nitrosense Fan to boost my fans to keep temps down, and Razer Game Booster to scrape a little bit more RAM space for Overwatch to run smoothly. All my settings are on low and without it, my FPS plummets during fights.

I hope that some moderator might take a gander in here and consider reviewing the footage, however I am slowly beginning to accept that my near decade investment in this game is coming to an end. It has been a bumpy ride, but till this point I was thoroughly enjoying my experience with Overwatch.

Banned on September ~ Plead and got review 20 times after thoroughly INVESTIGATION~ get rejected ~ Suddenly on December “Sorry it’s our mistake,Please forgive us” without any compesation with that??

Did you send an appeal for them to realize that or did they do it themselves?
They realize it by themselves after 2 MONTHS
I send appeal a lot of times with a lot of other ID too but got reply with the same answer

Thats good news. Congrats! I was banned on sep 26th and sent over 25 appeals. So maybe i have a chance too. Can only hope.

I would think that a little bit of currency wouldn’t go amiss, despite if you’d use it or not the thought is there.

Would be a sensible option. You’d have to argue some “loss of earnings”. But at that point I think it’s a bit of a far fetched claim.
Agreed. A 500-1000 coins of compensation in a game which is played by millions? Even blizzard would struggle to argue that it’d be a loss if the person is more likely to continue playing and thus maybe purchase something later on.
