אין הגיון בלדבר עם הוט לדעתי. בדרך כלל מתקנים את הבעיה תוך יום בלי שום קשר למה שאנחנו עושים
אז מה אתה אומר ,להכנס מחר ולסכן עוד 50 נוקודות ובאן מי ראנקד
כבר הפסדתי 150 נקודות וקיבלתי באן ל 30 דק
Hey - so the disconnection can actually be seen in the WinMTR, and there’s 83% packetloss on one of the servers before hitting our local servers. It’s not immediately through your ISP but through their routing - so there might be an issue with the server they’re routing you through! Because of this it should be happening for anyone else connecting from a similar location or ISP routing through to blizzard.
If you show this WinMTR to your ISP they’ll be able to take a look at it - the main problem starts at hop 5 to 6!

If anyone finds they have the same issue in the future, hop 5/6 is the link to the undersea cable that routes from Israel to the EU. Not much Blizzard or the local ISPs can do about it, we have to wait for whatever problem it’s having to be solved.

is there anything you can do on your side ? it’s easier to just become rich and buy all blizzard stocks and make them build a server in my house than get help from the ISP here

מכמה סיבות. יכול להיות שבלזארד הם היחידים שדורשים קשר רציף לגמרה, וגם יכול להיות שיש עדיפות נמוחה למשחקים בשרתים. אני אגיד שזה קרה לי בעבר עם טייטנפול שזה לא בליזארד
Edit: Now that I understand what the WinMTR report is describing, I can explain this more easily in English. Israel is connected to the EU via 3 undersea cables - the Tamares Telecom cable (main), Bezeq fiber cable (overflow), and the Telecom Italia cable (legacy).
We see our first (true) packet losses at the 172.x IP address, which (by process of elimination) is the Tamares cable. Since that router seems to be full, we see an attempt to use the Bezeq line which also drops packets, and another attempt at the Tamares cable from a different direction which again drops packets. We finally see the data go out on the Telecom Italia (telia) cable and reach Blizz.
My guess (and a confirmation from Mr. Stino would be cool but just for fun 
) is that Blizz wants a totally uninterrupted connection which the overflowing is constantly interrupting. I would assume we get onto the Telecom Italia cable for a set period of time before the ISP tries to route us back through the main cable, and each time this happens we get DC’ed. This wouldn’t affect almost anything else, but it’s impossible to buffer a multiplayer FPS so we get dropped every however many minutes.

Guys in BNET, this is still hapenning, getting disconnects all day. Same ISP as these guys here. Can anything be done to fix this on your end? lots of people can’t play.
