HOT don’t want recognize this as their problem.
I spoke to them and they told me that the problem is with my modem. I gave up on them.
Ihave the same ISP same issues☹️

You are not alone friends, we at WoW also suffer from this.
Hotnet ISP seem to have some kind of problem with all blizzard games.
two people from the thread in wow forums switched to bezeq isp and had no problems since.
unfortunately not all of us can change isp that easily, so im hoping this will be fixed asap
just now i had 3 disconnection in a single comp match i rejoined 2 times but then i cant connect to game server, i know 3-4 days ago u had a maintenance that fix it, but its back, plz do somthing, and its not our stream of internet cuz i play also hots and it never disconnect from there
What about changing the isp? Did you try going with bezeq for instance?
What about other games? Like battlefield 5 for example? Are you having same issues there?
Same issue here guys, Hotnet | Haifa region.
This is quite frustrating to be honest. Nothing we can do but depend on the ISP professionalism(!!!).

קראתי את כל מה שרשמתם ויש לי בדיוק את אותה הבעיה וגם לי היא התחילה לפני שלושה ימים בערך
אגב DeepBlue הוספתי אותך בבאטלנט תאשר
For now, for those who cant change isp, i recommend using some free vpn.
ExitLag has 3 free days trial, and NoPing has 7 free days trial.
so thats 10 days, hopefully until then Hot will fix their sh*t.
its not a prefect solution, but it works for now.
(im using Exitlag for now, and get good ping)

יכול להיות שהבעיה היא באמת אצלהם, ישמצב מישהו בודק עם חברים שלו שנמצאים אצל ספקים אחרים אם המשחק עובד?

Update: Switched ISP from HOTNet to 012. Looks good for now.
By the way, I was on the phone this morning with HOT support and they admitted there is an issue with HOTNet routing but they don’t know when it will be solved.
