You flagged one cheater. Wheres the proof you are effective either. As sometimes you wont notice many of the cheaters, you may have encounterd many. just you didnt notice it

I had recorded evidence that I sent to the blizzard email.

If I am playing, and their cheats are so unnoticeable to the point where they donā€™t even standout in a diamond lobbyā€¦ I am not going to care that much about going back and rewatching to hunt things out.

A diamond lobby maybne, but as i said in the higher ranks (GM - T500) every little thing counts, and that miniscule edge could be what tips the game into a win

Indeed. But the higher you go, the more a cheater stands out.

Not always because of the ā€œmechanicsā€ like aim and such. But their positioning, movement, reactions are the biggest giveaway. It is why boosted accounts stand out.

but if its a minute one, like if an enemy is like a couple degrees out of reticle, a bot can adjust for a higher accuracy

They can. But as the match plays out, they will stand out like a sore thumb.

Iā€™d love 6v6 back, even if itā€™s Arcade. Prefer it in normal mode though!

I am watching a discord server with near 2k people on it try to organise a 6v6 gameā€¦

It has been cancelled 3 times in a row due to a lack of interest.

Just anecdotal, but Iā€™d have thought people in discord communities would be jumping at the chance to play 6v6. Maybe it just isnā€™t as popular as people might thinkā€¦

I think if we could quantify it, we could go with a vague business case and say ā€œplease look at bringing 6v6 back in someway, you have x number on players ready and waiting, and could make over $x millionā€ā€¦ rather than just hopes and dreams.

Sadly though, Blizzard in updates have address literally every other concern to some extent since OW2 started. Be it a passing comment or an actual change. 6v6, total radio silence. Which suggests they have no interest or desire to even entertain the idea.

2k people and not popular enough? you do realise spread over the timezones thats maybe a total of 200 players active at one time, and of that only a few games would want 6v6. Over the millions (i assume) in overwatch who arnt in the server, it would be super popular as arcade

It worked over a year ago, and with what? 6 new heroes and 3 reworked i think its possible to change them around and make 6v6 work, also thereā€™s only like 3 new tanks, where there would be two of, so only JQ, mauga and ram would need readjusting. unless theres a hero i probably missed

They can definitely do that. But choose not to, sadly. But theyā€™re losing players by not doing it.

Yeah. And they couldnā€™t even muster up 12.

There was about good couple of hundred playing OW at the time too. Multiple stacks streaming on the server.

I get what he means. They arenā€™t going to do it. If it was even a consideration theyā€™d of name dropped it by now to build up hype.

So ultimately it is just the same handful of people on the forums making the same 6v6 comments over and over. Which, I can see why he would find that boring.
