I am seeing so many similar examples lately. So I can’t help but wonder. Here is a recent one.
I have just came up a dps player in low plat game who completely dominated the game. Map was Kings Row and game SR was 2550.
Now everything up until this point is normal. Of course someone can play much better than anyone else in the game. But how can this change be in one season suddenly. Below are this players SRs for previous seasons. How can this change happen suddenly? Can someone explain this please. How can you train in essentially a few days and get yourself from low silver to master or even higher while you were not able to do it for 16 seasons.
I mean obviously this is not cheating as none of the tickets for these are cared by Blizzard at all.
That’s quite the jump in just one season. Who knows, there could be a few possibilities.
Maybe they let a friend play and place for them in S27. Maybe they are using soft hacks which are hard to spot, hence the sudden spike in rank. Or maybe they just have a good S27 and worked on their mistakes from past seasons.
Added games won.
As you can see there are a total of 953 games won. If you consider as much games lost for previous seasons that adds up to over 1600 games. So I don’t think it’s only placements other than one or two seaons.
Just looks like someone’s improved on other accounts, then when they’ve grinded on this one they have climbed.
Fair play to them, good to see people improve.
The other option is a better player just bought the account on some “black market” but no proof, can’t really accuse. So thumbs up to their improvements.
