I’d like to start by introducing myself, my name in game is PNTV, it’s stands for my small twitch channel PlayingnakedTV.
I’d like to address that what I’m about to write here is not meant to offend anyone or shame anyone or anything in any way, this is my journey in OVERWATCH and what my eyes have seen.
I’ve been playing Overwatch since closed beta, Blizzard games for 14 years, I’ve been top 500 multiple seasons and also Played for OMNIA eSports at T2/T3 Lvl.
I’ve also coached teams in europe some are which retired ex: Paradigm6 a T3.
I’ve also encouraged Maltese gaming community to give Overwatch a chance when it came out and made them believe that they could make out something with gaming OW.
Here is my Overwatch Story.
SEASON 1 :
Not many of you will remember S1, but boy game was fun back then even tough there was no meta after you passed rank 70+ it was luciox2 tracerx2 winstonx2 game was still fun due to players were communicating with each other every game, our skill may have been inferior to what is today but boy oh boy game was so much different then what it is today.
SEASON 2:
Even tough people were exploiting the dodge system to get to top500 ( I wasn’t) this season was still fun, however 500hrs in a single season made my hero pool huge with almost 20hrs+ on each hero.
SEASON 3
This was the season I wanted to stay in top 500 or at least try on main. I’d flex almost everygame and from time to time I’d decide to play heroes like junkrat and hanzo heroes, I was good at and made me win games. I felt like I carried with those heros on certain map, example junk first point on dorado I was a beast, or at least I felt so. However people didn’t like this and they would report me for grieving even tough I wasn’t win or lose they didn’t care, I didn’t pick their soldier meta boy back then.
I had also noticed that this season the ranks were escalated, what I mean from time to time you’d have a guy from silver in GM and you could easily tell he didn’t belong there, example using certain ultis in a way not even a master or a diamond would have in those days ( Please note that diamonds of masters of those days were different to what you see today, avrg skill for them was like the 4.2k GM of today.)
Those people who were toxic to me? I’d respond back to them like a fool, the one tricks symetras and torbs started also appearing. When I’d go into a losing streak of like 20 games I’d burst on them to swap, but they didn’t care ofc there was no rule saying you can’t main 1 hero in this game, they just wanted to piss ppl off. This got me silenced for a day, and it kept increasing as I couldn’t keep my mouth shut. ( however further in seasons I wasn’t even talking because I was to scared of being silenced again and certain individuals were still reporting me for abusive chat and that kept getting me banned. But apparently and this is coming from a GM I didn’t make this up if you have history the GM’s won’t even bother to investigate your case, but that’s not all. I’ll explain further in my story as we go. )
SEASON 4
You could feel that overwatch was getting worst and better at the same time, even tough finishing top 200 that season I think I was still frustrated at some point because I was still meeting so many otp in high gm.
SEASON 5
The game changer, OWL for EU servers was a killer, not only it took our best players with to the NA but it made the inflation of ranks so weird that bronze players started appearing in high ranks, They would tell ppl they just got better, but in most cases you could eaisly see that they were boosted by the system. Here is were I understood everything on how the system worst.
THE SYSTEM

The rotation of Maps every few mints
I discovered this by watching a stream of a friend of mine were he kept queuing at the same time as me, we would get different teams but same map, I can’t be certain 100% of this but I’m quite sure if not close to that percentile, I do also believe that this might be abused by certain individuals who I won’t mention. -
As you all figured it out by now OVERWATCH will give you the good hrs and bad hrs, here is why. Do you sometimes feel like your carrying ur team so hard but still manage to lose somehow? do you wanna know exactly why this is happening? because the game forces you 50/50 win/lose to try to keep everyone happy, ofc if your at a certain rank top 500’s can carry trough some ranks but will struggle in masters or it will take them some long time, at least that’s how I felt when I started a smurf from plat, was easy until masters. What top players do to avoid this 50/50 is simple they que in stacks sometimes 1 or 2 or 3, and play this way the 50/50 becomes 80/20 sometimes less or sometimes more.
3.REPORTING SYSTEM
This the most broken part of the system, even tough I don’t troll or grief I fill every game I still manage to get banned every 2 weeks, and this is because of so many reasons, DEVELOPERS READ THIS > what im about to say is very important to all players in overwatch and this might help you avoid bans.
Injustice bans, we heard this so many times it’s hard to believe ppl are getting banned for not breaking any rules right? you’d say contact support they will help uplift it if you really didn’t break any rules.
But here’s the facts you didn’t know, I can’t name GM names because it’s against the rules to name individuals however these quotes all come from GM"S
I am sorry to hear about that, unfortunately when it comes to Overwatch suspensions for game play there isn’t anything we can do to overturn these as they’re applied by the development team.
So Ive had a look into this and I cannot see anything to indicate that the decision is correct and I’m afraid that the suspension will not be removed I’m afraid.
You won’t be able to contact the development team directly for appeals, however you can try reach out to them via the forums to see if they can look further into your claim.
There is no one higher who can help with these issues in customer support.
We don’t have the ability to look into game play reports with as much detail as the development team.
The community decides your bans not gm’s
I’m not sure if you notice anything here, but basically false reporting an individual everyday or every game you meet him or see him or every 1hr from recently played or friends list, from smurfs account and ask in chat and friends, the certain individual will keep getting banned and blizzard GM’s can’t overturn it because they don’t have the power to do so, only DEVS have the power and I’m sure it’s not an easy job. So when Jeff Kaplan said fake reporting will get you banned, he lied to us 
and that’s bans will always be looked into.
My name is PNTV, I’ve been banned over 4 times in the last few months when I spam 8hrs+ a day of competitive. and I am being cyber bullied by the small EU top 500 community and I need A DEV’s help to look into my case or sit with me like a human being and discuss this. 14 years I’ve been your customer I deserve a responses to this.
Please make GAMING better again and don’t give such tools to the community because bullies are everywhere and as a father of 2 kids, I’m scared to show them the path of my passion to gaming.
I’m really bad at expressing myself when it comes to writing but maybe someday I will make a youtube video about all of this, I didn’t cover everything because I’m going nuts right now that this is allowed to happen from BLIZZARD, I just can’t comprehend all this. I just don’t get how you try to make a positive environment yet let cyber bullies dictate e person game.
