Same problem here on my wife’s account. Blocked for 10m then for 30m and huge SR penalty. Country: Russian Federation.
I can’t gather network information now, unfortunately.
Cmon atleast close comp till this gets fixed and please give us the SR back and remove the penalty…

Just tried to play two competitive games and lost -100 SR with my main account. Wasn’t even able to enter the game, only got stuck on the loading screen.
Eventually I also was able to enter a few games just to have someone else on my team, or the opponents team to disconnect. Someone must’ve dumped a big turd in the netcode during maintenance.
Gonna stay away until this gets fixed.

This issue seems to be affecting a ton of people at the same time, so still believing it’s got something to do with the overwatch users connection to do is ridiculous.

I experienced my first dc at approx 3am and again at 4am, again at 6am at +1 time. Härnösand, Sweden.
I have no internet connection issues at all. And same thing happened to the people in my party. It’s happening in quickplay, arcade and competitive but custom games seems to have no issues as of right now.

I haven’t been able to play a game at all today. I can play custom game matches fine but regular servers (QP/arcade) don’t work. I assume ranked doesn’t work either, I am not going to try because I don’t want to lose SR. My internet works fine as usual, can play other games on PC and Switch without issues, and browser is all good too.
Just tried to join competitiv and got disconnected without to see any of my teammates. Got suspended for 10minutes just for my first disconnection?
Please fix this issue!

I certainly hope that we are going to get our SR back… It’s not especially fun to lose 2-3 games worth of wins, only because of a problem on the server’s side. Especially when the end of the season is right around the corner.

Im not positive on getting our SR back… that sucks
I lost 100SR and got suspendet 30 minutes because it happend me twice… Please Blizzard can we get this important SR back because I couldn’t do anyhing

Yeah, I wanted to come Platin at the end of this season and now this… It happend in Frankfurt/Germany around 11o’clock.
Is there noway to compensate this huge deductions of SR ?
