I just want to add here, that Training Ranch is working Fine, Custom games too.
It’s only Matchmaking Games that don’t work.

As I have written I also lost 100 SR but I dont know how to find out these Infos like ISP or Tracerroute ? Can someone help me ?

Actually I am quite irritated about getting that whole Tracert/WinMTR runaround again that not only shows nothing but one side of the connection, but also uses ICMP, which isn’t the first priority of a router to respond to - especially when it’s at maximum load capacity. Or should I forget about that and throw a fit over Looking Glass showing massive delay before even leaving the Blizzard Network?
Get that network dude with BGP knowledge out of his bed. SOMEBODY skrewed up SOMETHING - SOMEWHERE - during a presumed low traffic maintenance. That’s where you need to be looking. Everything else is not only wasting time, but also just pretending to actually do something.
Agree. People all over the Europe with different internet providers are having the problem at more or less the same time.

Same business as everyone else, Failed to connect to the server bug, followed by suspension and SR loss. I also had some problems joining the quickplay. Arcade working normally.

I witnessed the same issue 3 times and lost over 150SR, and I have 2 matches remaining to get a 75% XP to be removed , can please someone of the customer support give us a reply , and I am wondering if I will get my 150 SR back , this is really terrible and unacceptable , CHARLYCHAPLN#2291

Please give us back the lost SR once the issue is resolved. This is so frustrating. Especially now when the season is about to end.

same here… happened to me twice today and i lost 100 SR as well also got a 30 min suspension now . its freakin unaccaptable i was struggling to keep myself in diamond so if you dont give my SR back im gonna delete this god damn game for eternity

I didn’t lose any SR but its imposible to find a game. I tried 4 times and someone is always getting kicked. Please make sure to let us know when is it fixed
Happened just now, got kicked out of a competitive game before it started (and, of course, was credited with a loss…). I understand server issues but at least disable competitive matchmaking while they are going on.
