because every rank other than GM has smurfs in it, so i would be trading one lot of smurfs for another, and i don’t want to have to sweat to get to GM then continue sweating to stay there, i want to chill at my rank

You might not have, but if you invite people where to join say a Discord server. You can then build yourself a little pool of people you enjoy playing with/against.
Or, go find one that is to your liking to join.
Just don’t fall down the path the other guy took. People stopped caring what he had to say because he just trolled and acted the fool with lame, childish, copy/paste replies.
Maybe just try peoples suggestions. If they don’t work, then fair play. At least you gave it a shot.

It really doesn’t. I have a pool of about 12 people I play with in stacks… I barely know anything about them, other than country they are from and what roles/heroes they like to play.
