Bans arent done with human interaction. The report system is flawed. And blizzard doesnt undo bans unless u have recorded your gameplay.
i don’t want to appeal, because i don’t care that i got banned, with this thread i was just saying that, in my opinion, you shouldn’t get banned for abusive chat, instead you should get muted for 7 days/1 month/a season.
