Not dead just stale!

How to fix it you might ask. Easy just release Overwatch 2 the search for more money!
It should fix balance, SR problem, MMR problem!
And hopefully give the heroes we play a working mouth!

why make a overwatch2 though?

I could see them releasing a second game as a pure single player game though that would be really fun… and make more sense since it would be murder to balance a game for competative + single player so that would be a good reason to release a second game.

your point is absolutly rubish.
just look on other forums and see what people thing then come back with a valid answer.

and if people do not think i can’t win a game they are very wrong.
i can counter every hero but if the game would have been balanced it would be much more fun and you could play the hero you want to play not the hero you have to play to kill OP heroes.

It is losing players though, during the last quarter Blizzard lost 8.5% of their playerbase.

OW is not dead but Blizzard is going to have to put out more content to keep people interested and that’s what they are planning to do.

loosing players is kinda natural… newer games attract new players… that is how this stuff works…

no one can expect to get all the players for all time on the same old game…
how they integrate the workshop into the game and leverage that extra content on the other hand can have a huge effect in player retention

Baptiste doesnt require aim? Lol ok. Dude his healing doesnt but his dps is one of the hardest aims to master consistently. A lot of things in your post seems very ignorant and not very well thought through.

“OV killing ftp games” is most pathetic explanation ever. the sad truth is that blizzard kills it by NOT investing into it. what we get? skins? new heros? how about bad matchmaking which is being mentioned every single day? how about cheats? need more?

You can’t call a game that has active players dead, that just nullifies any points you make since you start with a false premise.

Overwatch isn’t dead, there’s still people playing, albeit less than before, but the game did die in my heart a few months ago. I just had enough of the dev team with their constant up and down ridiculous balancing decisions.

Shame really. Overwatch could have really been something special long term. But each season I just feel the game is going more and more down hill.

wrong translation mate i love the game i think it is amazing and fun. but it’s just dead. OP heroes that doesn’t get nerfed, the report system that is a freaking joke. not enough content.
