I get to many games that i join and the moment i join see the msg u lost the game.
its not fun for all of us and also no use.

Basically, the game isn’t over yet so there is a small chance to turn the tide instead of leaving the leaver’s team at a great disadvantage.
You can prevent that from happening by either playing in a group or by staying in the lobby when the match ends. The game then restarts, switching sides or rotating the map.
small change my ass maby in a 1000 games it hapen but not much, there should be a option where u can turn of backfill.
Yea i know that means many game’s with 5 or less people in it, but forcing people to watch when the join u have lost the game is verry irratating.
and staying in lobby do not work when u just start up the game to play.
Yesterday i had this 5 time after each other even after staying in the lobby first go to skirmish then backfill game end full team leave and the same happens again.
And because something is discussed before and blizz did not leave a answer but you do, not mean its solved or even get a responce.
LoL I actually managed to turn around games like that with Orisa and Mercy simply because the defense team was just going wild ffa without healer or tank but since it’s quickplay you won’t lose any more points just bad in global stats and waste of time. I don’t think they will change this, just like they won’t refill comp with randoms when someone quits.
Same for ffa it isn’t cool getting called out with 0:1 if you just joined, died, and the game is over.
In qp you get at least a backfill xp bonus if I’m not misunderstanding this.
An option to disable backfilling when qeuing is something i’d support but disabeling backfilling completely when the match is almost over schould not happen, especially because it’s difficult to predict when the game is a guaranteed win coding wise.
Something that strikes me odd is the big amount of “defeat” backfills you’ve experienced. It usually happens to me once or twice every 2 days. I always stay in the lobby, which is why I hardly got “defeat” backfilled.
Also, the reason why I mentioned the other thread is because duplicate threads are against the CoC. If a similar thread already exist, the discussion should be continued there, instead of creating a new thread.
This is why so see many threads split together by a moderator.
you want to finish games outnumbered? I’ve won countless matches on last percent of the map.
